- 1 roast
- 6 large potatoes
- bread
- flour
- salt
- Pressure cook roast 90 minutes.
- Boil potatoes while pressure comes down.
- Shred roast beef.
- Make gravy from beef drippings. Add flour to drippings and simmer. Add broth and whisk on heat until desired thickness. Add salt to taste (about 1tsp). Enjoy.
